Juvenal's Duskywing (Erynnis juvenalis)

Similar to Horace's Duskywing but flies earlier in the spring. Note the gray overscaling on the forewing above and the lack of white over the eye.  Below note the two white spots on the hindwing near the apex which are lacking in Horace's.
